Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including stock shortages or pricing errors. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and you will receive an order confirmation once payment is successful.
Pricing
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown during checkout before you confirm payment.
Delivery & Store Pickup
We offer home delivery and store pickup from our Dharmavaram location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and availability. For store pickup, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery or store pickup. Please inspect the product for damages, missing items, or wrong items before accepting it. Once you accept the order and the delivery person leaves, we are not responsible for any damage, missing items, or return requests. Refunds, if approved on delivery, are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Limitation of Liability
xAbleKart is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
